* this is a high end subdivision I thought would not have
these starting prices - worth checking out and
seeing how low they would really go
- researched commercial rentals this weekend with existing revenue streams.
Looks like some good deals for someone that needs to park some cash.
Owners must have to much debt to service - but a cash buyer would not.
