Tomorrow Hopefully I will get an investor in to the office to make an offer on an 11 space trailer court in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Have a seller that wants to sell and a buyer that needs to convince himself what to offer.
He is visiting the bank in the morning and - fingers crossed - he will be calling me !
Also going to call several regional banks REO departments to see if I can contract any of their property preservation tasks.
My other business besides real estate is construction. I really need the extra construction work.
